In addition, the film coating contains the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, and triacetin.

Usage/Dosage
For elderly patients, take 15 mg of the active ingredient at a time; hence, take once a day, just before going to bed. This medicine contains 20 mg of the active ingredient per a tablet. Strictly follow the instructions. Take the medicine just before going to bed. Do not take the medicine if you need to get up to do some work after sleeping for a few hours. If you miss a dose, take a dose when you have plenty of time until getting up on the next morning. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Cautions
Since the effect of this medicine may extend after next morning, and sleepiness and the decline in attentiveness, concentration, reflex movement ability, etc. may occur, do not engage in machinery operation accompanying the risk such as driving a car.
Do not drink alcohol while taking the medicine. It can increase your chances of getting adverse reactions. The film coating for the 5 mg tablets also contains iron oxide yellow and iron oxide black, and the film coating for the 10 mg tablets also contains iron oxide yellow and FD&C Blue #1/Brilliant Blue FCF Aluminum Lake.
